Neat style. I like it. Kinda reminds me of 80's nintendo games for some reason. 
I've taken a liking to those type of designs lately. Is this just a sample or are you going to develop a site with this layout? I think you should keep the colors, except for the color of Logo, as it doesn't show too well. Good work.
